super clean room hot drink reliable internet halal restaurant
The room was Super clean! I had a kettle and mugs which allowed me to fix my hot drink. The internet worked REALLY well. A halal restaurant sat just outside the hotel.
My room was a bit far away from things. That was MY fault though, because I booked it out of downtown.

helpful staff useful fridge easy travel
i found the front desk staff very helpful. the room included a useful fridge, a sofa and it was quiet. a bus stop close to the hotel made travel easy, specifically bus number 21 from the city center.

ineffective air conditioning street noise
The free bus ticket was acceptable I suppose it saved some money.
The room seemed like a time capsule from the 1970s. The air conditioning was about as effective as a wet napkin on a hot day and the noise from the street below made sleep a distant dream. The staff seemed more interested in avoiding eye contact than offering assistance I think

Excellent Stay, Great Amenities and Location

easy access transportation pass easy walk
The location provided easy access with a bus stop right in front. The free transportation pass was quite beneficial for exploring the city, it made sightseeing simple. I appreciated walking from the train station to the hotel. It was easy.
The air conditioning unit did not function during the night, it turned off in the morning. Reception said it auto-stops after the 11 AM checkout. This was a significant inconvenience given the warm temperatures.

the staff Was friendly enough and gave directions.
The room, i booked a double room, was quite SMALL. the bathroom had some stains and the shower drain worked poorly. Water accumulated QUICKLY. also, the bed felt old and sagged in the middle.

The staff was very friendly. They explained details about transportation. I found plenty of parking. The room was large. The linen and towels were snow-white. The bed was VERY comfortable.
The hotel is close to a busy road. There was some traffic noise.
